This year we’re having a lot of people over for Christmas, so my wife and I racked our brains to come up with the best gifts for everyone. We thought about winter clothing, but nah – too risky. How to Stay Motivated During the Christmas Period
It’s difficult enough to stay on track with a diet and exercise programme even when the weather is good and light evenings encourage long walks and healthy eating. It’s half-term now which means it’s time to find ways to keep the kids busy over the next few days! But fear not, there are a variety of ways to keep children entertained without setting them in front of the TV or video games. At this time of year, the weather is still pretty warm and while you may not be in t-shirts and shorts you can definitely still catch stray rays of sun. Being active as a family is also great for your health and general wellbeing. +

I just love receiving review emails! Especially when it’s from a company like Everdine as the concept seems great and the meals looked delicious. +
Clean Eating
Have you heard the saying about abs being made in the kitchen? Well, it’s partly true. Like most things in life, balance is often the key. Combine good nutritional advice with regular exercise and it could give you the results you desire. +
