Family Fitness
We’ve always been a fairly active family. When we welcomed Yogi (our Hungarian Vizsla) into the family last year, it gave us an extra incentive to go on more family walks. +
Freeletics – Week 11
My penultimate week of my Freeletics 12 week challenge. I’m really starting to see some changes when standing in front of the mirror. I’m glad I haven’t been uploading loads of photos as I think it will have more impact when I upload them. +
