I’ll be honest, I’d never heard of the endocannabinoid system until now.

The endocannabinoid system is involved with keeping the body in balance. Your body has to manage everything from mood, sleep patterns, appetite, pain, immune response and hormones. If you imagine walking on a tightrope. When you start to lean too far one way, your body corrects your balance. The endocannabinoid serves a similar function for your body and helps to keep everything in balance.

Release CBD Patches

I personally started using CBD back in January. This was in tea form and I’ve also sampled it in drop form. CBD does have a very unique taste and it can take some getting used to. Just ask my Mrs as she’s not a fan! Therefore, I was really interested to try these CBD patches from CBD One. Simply apply to your skin and leave for 12-36 hours.

Each patch contains 15mg of active CBD, which is slowly released over the course of 12 to 36 hours. So for £29.99, you’ll receive 30 patches and these will last for 45 days. Just make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying. Also avoid hair!
