It’s just as well I like the standard workout of Venus! My first Freeletics workout of the week left me feeling pumped. My arms felt like they were about to drop off and I really felt a sense of achievement this week.

My final workout of the week nine was the strength version of 4/5 Iris. I also completed this workout in week seven, I liked this workout as it brought in some more running. I’ve been in and out of running for the past year so I have to thanks Freeletics for giving me this opportunity.
Week ten is up next and I have only three weeks left in my challenge.
