Freeletics – Week Ten

Post Type

I’m now into double figures and I can’t believe I’ve completed nearly 50 Freeletics workouts! I’m now up to level 17 and I have just over 200 followers on the app. I love the Freeletics community, everyone pulls together and it really helps with motivation.

My first workout of week ten was the standard version of Dione followed by the standard version of Apollon. You can see both of these workouts in week seven. I feel like I’m really starting to get some great times now. I’m slowly but surely cutting valuable seconds off my personal bests. I wasn’t really interested in my times to begin with but as I grow stronger and fitter, I’m keeping a close eye on my times now!

My final workout of the week was a new one, it involved:

8/10 Gaia (Strength)

  • 30 High Jumps
  • 20 Froggers
  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 2 of 8

  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 3 of 8

  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 4 of 8

  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 5 of 8

  • 40 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 Froggers
  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 6 of 8

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 High Jumps
  • 20 Froggers
  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 7 of 8

  • 40 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 Standup Jumps

Round 8 of 8

  • 40 Jumping Jacks

Again I struggled with the standup jumps so I completed 10 situps, quickly followed by 10 jumps. Week 11 is up next, let’s go!
