But with the unprecedented pandemic that’s hit most of the world over the past couple of months, we are being encouraged to stay inside and only head out to get essentials such as food or medication. Most gyms have closed, alongside sports clubs, fitness classes and more. But don’t worry. It’s still possible to hit your recommended exercise of one hundred and fifty minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week. Here are a few different ways you can go about it!

Use Your Daily Exercise Allocation

You can spend up to sixty minutes a day exercising outside, as long as you socially distance from others who may be exercising outdoors at the same time. This is a great opportunity to some cardio work. Walk, jog, run or cycle – depending which best suits you. Just make sure to stay at least two metres away from anyone else and remember to take a water bottle out with you. If it’s sunny, sunscreen is recommended too. If you are residing in high-case places, it is better to use indoor bike trainers or any other device that can be used in your home.
