I recently announced that my next challenge would be called ‘The 12 Days of Christmas.’ I’ll be running 60 miles over the 12 days to raise money for Percy Hedley. My schedule over the 12 days is now finalised and you can find all the information below. I’ve also added the approximate mileage and supporting runners next to each day.
The first 11 days will be run from my home on Newton Hall with the final day being run to my home. Exact starting times of all my runs are below and I hope to see you there!
If you would like to help run a few miles, please email me at: paul@fatherfitness.co.uk or catch me on Twitter @FatherFitness. If you can’t run, please support this challenge by making a donation here.
Thanks!

Easy! Easy! Easy! Ha! Good luck mate, I’ll be there cheering you on (from my bed).
Thanks mate, appreciate it as always! Paul
Good luck Paul, hope I can make it for one or two with you.
Hope you can make it! Paul
The run up to Lanchester Dairies will be a killer! Not just because of the mileage but for all the hill running you’ll need to do too. Good luck Paul!
I know Leigh, the same for Broom House Farm too. Hills are going to be tough! Paul
Good luck with that! It’ll be absolutely freezing! Great cause though, all the best. J
Thanks John, tell me about it!
