Freeletics – Week 12
After a rather successful previous week of my Freeletics challenge, I knew this final week would be tough going but I’m not going to give up now! Would I be able to finish this challenge with a bang and repeat my personal bests? There’s only one way to find out! +
Freeletics – Week 11
My penultimate week of my Freeletics 12 week challenge. I’m really starting to see some changes when standing in front of the mirror. I’m glad I haven’t been uploading loads of photos as I think it will have more impact when I upload them. +
Freeletics – Week Ten
I’m now into double figures and I can’t believe I’ve completed nearly 50 Freeletics workouts! I’m now up to level 17 and I have just over 200 followers on the app. I love the Freeletics community, everyone pulls together and it really helps with motivation. +
Freeletics – Week Nine
It’s just as well I like the standard workout of Venus! My first Freeletics workout of the week left me feeling pumped. My arms felt like they were about to drop off and I really felt a sense of achievement this week. +
God Of The Underworld
Every workout has it’s story. This Freeletics workout is called Hades. Accept the challenge and battle the god of the underworld. Don’t hesitate. Even if you fall. Get back up and you will succeed. +
Freeletics – Week Eight
Silly me, expecting an easy Freeletics session straight after hell week. The first workout of week eight was the standard version of Venus. Yeah, that’s the one with all the pushups! You can see this workout from week three. +
Rise To The Challenge
Every workout has it’s story. This Freeletics workout is called Artemis and includes burpees, the race is on! Pull ups slow you down. Every pushup tells you to stop. But you rise to the challenge. +
Freeletics – Week Six
Week six and I’m already half way through my Freeletics training programme. I’m loving it so far, I feel stronger, fitter and more confident. I’m interested to see how I feel in another six weeks. +
Freeletics – Week Five
I’m loving Freeletics so far and also the fact I’m starting my weeks with the standard version of Aphrodite. It gives me a point of comparison and this week I felt strong, fit and confident compared to previous weeks. +
