I’m now into double figures and I can’t believe I’ve completed nearly 50 Freeletics workouts! I’m now up to level 17 and I have just over 200 followers on the app. I love the Freeletics community, everyone pulls together and it really helps with motivation. +

Freeletics – Week Nine
It’s just as well I like the standard workout of Venus! My first Freeletics workout of the week left me feeling pumped. My arms felt like they were about to drop off and I really felt a sense of achievement this week. +

Week six and I’m already half way through my Freeletics training programme. I’m loving it so far, I feel stronger, fitter and more confident. I’m interested to see how I feel in another six weeks. +
Freeletics – Week Five
I’m loving Freeletics so far and also the fact I’m starting my weeks with the standard version of Aphrodite. It gives me a point of comparison and this week I felt strong, fit and confident compared to previous weeks. +

Every workout has it’s story. This Freeletics workout is called Zeus and includes four rounds divided by breaks. Use your breaks wisely though! Every round is harder than the previous. Push yourself. Nothing worth having comes easy. +
Freeletics – Week Four
Week four of Freeletics and I knew this was going to be tough because I was on a weeks holiday. No excuses though and I made it through the week no problem. My nutrition went out the window though! +
