Week six and I’m already half way through my Freeletics training programme. I’m loving it so far, I feel stronger, fitter and more confident. I’m interested to see how I feel in another six weeks. +

Freeletics – Week Five
I’m loving Freeletics so far and also the fact I’m starting my weeks with the standard version of Aphrodite. It gives me a point of comparison and this week I felt strong, fit and confident compared to previous weeks. +
The Father Of All Gods
Every workout has it’s story. This Freeletics workout is called Zeus and includes four rounds divided by breaks. Use your breaks wisely though! Every round is harder than the previous. Push yourself. Nothing worth having comes easy. +

Week four of Freeletics and I knew this was going to be tough because I was on a weeks holiday. No excuses though and I made it through the week no problem. My nutrition went out the window though! +

My Freeletics fitness test is on Monday. I’m nervous yet excited. What will I be asked to do and will I be able to complete it. I think I’m pretty fit but I know I’m going to be pushed all the way. +
